Story
Unravel a secret in a mid-U.S. As the residents struggle to maintain a sense of normalcy and search for a way out, they must also survive the threats of the surrounding forest. The town set was built specifically for the series in North Beaver Bank, Nova Scotia.
The site is a former military radar base that operated in the 1950s and 1960s
The location, known as Beaver Bank Village, has a long history and many years ago was home to a residential community, a community hall, a fire station, a school, a church, a convenience store, and more. All that remains are the paved streets and driveways, and a mock town has been built on top of them. When Boyd enters a distant tree, he finds himself at the bottom of a well.
Martin did not drop the rope

You’re walking right into the same trap

I’m writing this to the writers and producers of the show: please don’t make this another “Lost” – another disappointment. None of the characters communicate with each other or share what’s going on in the town.
And it’s so annoying
It’s as if they’ve suddenly become clueless and are deliberately withholding important information that could help us understand what’s going on. Also, something new happens in every episode, but it’s never explained. I’ve watched 14 episodes so far and nothing has been explained – just like “Lost.” So writers and producers, don’t spoil this one either.
